We welcome your enquirires and attempt to answer them in the shortest time possible. Please use the "Contact" link which you can find at the bottom of every page and fill out the details. We are based out of London, UK and on GMT time. We do our best to reply in the shortest time possible however during especially busy periods please allow up to 3 days for a response.

 

Shipping & Delivery
 

We are proud to say that we deliver worldwide and where possible directly to you.

• International orders will be processed within two working days.
• Please allow one additional day for deliveries to off-shore islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
• We process orders for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods it may take up to 3 days to process your order so please be patient as we will always do our best in the quickest time possible.
• We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry or courier failures.
• In the unlikely event of your items arriving damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item/s providing a photo of the damaged item/s and the packaging it arrived in with an explanation of the damage to
   info@artistofmakeup.com. We will try to help where possible.

• We take your privacy and security of your data very seriously and only use secure payment providers that have a high level of encryption and security.
• We will not share any of your data with 3rd parties in line with our Privacy Policy, found at the bottom of any page.

 
Returns & Replacements
 

• Due to the nature of these products being cosmetics, for health & safety reasons we are unable to offer a refund.

• If any of your items arrive damaged, you can write to us at info@artistofmakeup.com explaining the damage and attaching a picture. This will only be accepted within 24 hours of you receiving your items.

• Disclaimer: Please discontinue use if any irritation occurs from any of the products.

• The makeup brushes are open to returns within 14 days of purchase provided they are in original condition and have not been used. We will inspect the brushes on return to assure they are still new prior to issuing any
   refund. Please allow up to 14 days for any refund.

• We reserve the right to refuse any refund. 

• Any postage costs for returned items are at the customers expense, please use recorded delivery for proof of postage. 

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
 
Payment can be made using most debit/credit cards. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and will be calculated in customers currency using the payment providers rates.
